Fun Summer Comes to an End

This summer, really has been great. We've spent a lot of time with our families, which we loved. Here are a few pictures to help summarize.
Peter gets to experience all kinds of things playing with his girly cousins.
I can almost guarantee most 55 year old grandmothers wouldn't do half the things Patti does. She never ceases to amaze me. Here she is, in her clothes, going down a massive slip & slide.
We got to go down the snake river in Adam's boat. I wish I could say Peter loved it, but he didn't, ha ha. He was really ornery and terrible. However, once we got off and since then, he hasn't stop talking about it and everything we saw. I don't understand 2 year olds.
I was done trying to make him happy, so Cory (the good husband that he is) rowed the boat while holding Peter.
Here they are roasting marshmallows. Peter wouldn't eat the roasted ones so Cory and I got to.
Worn out from playing all day in Idaho.
One of the biggest highlights of the summer was when my baby sister came home from her mission in Milan, Italy. Her flight was delayed, so she didn't get in until midnight. It was an amazing experience seeing her come down the escalator. My mom was the first to spot her and yelled, "There she is." We all jumped up and the boys started hooting and screaming (not kidding). She heard them and started crying. It was really cute and a special moment for our family. Cory got it all on video and I'm so grateful.
Here she is with mom and dad.
All of my brother's and sisters were there. There are 8 kids in my family. From left to right:
Christopher(2), Emily(4), Heidi(1), Me(7), Chelsea(8), Kami(6), Spencer(3), Mckay(5).
Just us girls.
